Shipping and Returns
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address:
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.
- The customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items.
- We not responsible for return shipping charges. The customer pays return shipping.
So please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
Items purchased on roserine.com custom made and printed for you. We cannot offer returns unless the items fall into one of the following categories:
- You receive an incorrect item ( due to our mistake )
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
We do not accept replacement in these cases:
- You choose the wrong size/design
- You change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out
You can contact us at [email protected] to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
Every order is made-to-order and will be prepared and packed within 2-5 business days or shorter. After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping notifications and tracking updates to make sure you receive updates along the way.
We are offering an excellent shipping service to make all your shopping experiences on roserine.com more enjoyable! All our products are created on demand! This means once you order a product, the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the business to ensure a great end product. We produce and ship all orders within 2–5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the price of the package and delivery location. Our shop does not charge taxes on packages that you buy.
SHIPPING TIMES AND SERVICE:
We provide shipping worldwide. We use Royal Mail as our general weight shipping partner. Although not all shipping methods are available for all locations, we will choose the fastest delivery method for your country and definitely trackable for safety purposes.
We cannot arrange a free replacement for lost item due to incorrect address designated by customer. It is solely the your responsibility to carefully review the order details before committing payment.
During public holidays and peak seasons please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. On public holidays, orders will not be processed by us or by our carriers. Orders that were placed the day before the holiday and on the holiday itself will be sent out the first following business day.

Sometimes, during public holidays out couriers partner experience a spike in delivery. You may not receive the tracking code due to the very busy delivery system.
We do not guarantee delivery times and they should not be relied upon as such. Unforeseen delays are always a possibility—especially in holidays and peak seasons. But we are making sure that your orders arrive on time.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SENT?
Orders leave our warehouse within 2-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time may vary, typically between 3 to 21 business days after manifested within the Contiguous United Kingdom and 10 to 21 business days after manifested for the rest of the world.
As you would expect when an order leaves us we are at the mercy of the postal system and they can affect the delivery speed, but as all our items are sent tracked you will be able to follow where they are and when they should arrive. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
All of our product is a custom product and we manufacture the item after a buyer order a product. Our system will process your order automatically after 30 minutes. Please note that we can not receive an exchange or refund if it is a mistake by the buyer (eg: wrongly choose case type, size, color or design) after our system process it.
If you find that the item is broken, defect or faulty when you receive the item, please contact us with an order reference number for return or exchange immediately. Purchased products can be exchanged in an unused shape within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the colors of each print may vary slightly on different monitors. Colors may vary slightly due to computer resolutions or due to the light of the photography effect. The cases are made to withstand the light occasional drop, there is no guarantee that your phone is fully protected from hard impact.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. Our system process this automatically.
More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below. All refund requests are made pursuant to the Return Policy set forth. roserine.com may, but are under no obligation to honor requests for refunds. Return is accepted only on the following terms:
- If the order is still in transit for over 60 business days.
- Non-delivery of the product: and you’ve been waiting 60 days.
- Depending on the price of the product, roserine.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our support team for approval of your refund request.
Please note that we first offer exchange or replacement in all possible and return/refund is only offered if roserine.com fails to provide a replacement.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that returns can take 7-12 business days to return to your payment channel.
- You will need to provide your original order number, so have this information readily available. You will also be asked the reason for your return or refund claim (this information will be used for our records).
- Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card / PayPal used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are for product only, shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please don’t return items to the address writing on the package. If you are still planning on sending the wrong item. It will be more and more difficult because our warehouse doesn’t have the capacity for that. We won’t responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first.
Please be informed that:
A management system and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation or refund. Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above. We are doing our best to ensure that your orders will reach you in time as much as possible, so do bear with us.
